International Conference was organised by the Academic Information Centre – Latvian ENIC-NARIC office (coordinator) in cooperation with Archimedes Foundation – Estonian ENIC-NARIC office and Center for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (SKVC) – Lithuanian ENIC-NARIC office.
